Call us, message on LINE, or send the contact form. Tell us briefly what you need. We reply within one working day, usually faster. Urgent PEP cases are handled the same day.

Come in
Discreet entrance, private consultation room, a doctor visit, and any tests on the same day. Most appointments take 30 to 45 minutes. Walk-ins are welcome.

Get your results
Rapid tests come back during your visit. Lab results are usually ready in 1 to 3 working days, delivered the way you choose: in person, by email, or on LINE.
Common questions
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome, but booking is faster. PEP, urgent STI symptoms, and same-day visits can be arranged by phone or LINE during opening hours.
Is my visit confidential?
Yes. We do not share information with employers, insurers, or third parties without your written consent. Records are encrypted, the consultation room is private, and you choose how you receive your results.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Every doctor, nurse, and receptionist at Haven MD Clinic is fluent in English. We work in Thai too.
How quickly can I be seen for PEP?
Same-day. PEP works best when started as soon as possible after a possible HIV exposure, and must be started within 72 hours. Call us straight away on +66 62 161 8944.
How much does an HIV test cost?
A 4th-generation rapid HIV test is a flat fee that we will quote on the phone or LINE before you come in. There are no hidden add-ons.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, all major credit cards, and Thai bank transfer. On request we can issue itemised invoices for international health-insurance reimbursement.
